How Neutral Boardroom works

Neutral Boardroom helps you slow down before an expensive decision, compare multiple AI voices, add evidence, and create a clear Chairman Decision Record.

The basic flow

Ask one important decision question. Good Boardrooms start with one clear choice, risk, or next step.

Add evidence. Paste notes or upload supported files so the AI voices can react to facts, not only assumptions.

Choose AI voices. Select the AI voices you want in the room, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Grok.

Choose the Chairman. The Chairman is the AI voice that creates the final Chairman Decision Record. The Chairman reviews the selected AI voice answers, your evidence, areas of agreement, disagreements, assumptions, risks, and next steps.

Start the Boardroom. Each selected AI voice gives a structured view with recommendations, gaps, and confidence.

Review the Chairman Decision Record. The record summarizes the strongest answer, where the voices agree, where they disagree, what is assumed, what should be verified, and what to do next.

Change the Chairman if needed. Where available, you can choose a different Chairman after the voices answer and rerun the Decision Record only. This lets you compare a different final synthesis without rerunning all AI voices or using another full Boardroom.

Act carefully. Use the record to decide what to verify before spending money, signing, cancelling, launching, or relying on the answer.

What counts as a Boardroom?

One Boardroom is one complete run: your question, your evidence, selected AI voices, and one Chairman Decision Record.

Free accounts include 10 full Boardrooms with available AI voices, usage caps, small evidence limits, saved Decision Records, and copy/export buttons. No credit card is required to start free.

Plan and AI voice quality

Starter Beta uses strong, reliable AI voices for practical decision support. The goal is not to show every model name to users; it is to give users useful named perspectives, evidence review, and a clear Chairman Decision Record.

Future Pro or Deep plans may include premium or closest-to-best available AI voices where provider access, reliability, and cost controls allow.

What happens after a run?

Signed-in users can review saved Decision Records later. Opening a saved record does not rerun AI voices, use another Boardroom, or create new API cost.

You can copy the Chairman Decision Record or the full transcript. In supported versions, you can also rerun only the Chairman Decision Record with a different Chairman after the voice answers are complete.

What Neutral Boardroom is not

Neutral Boardroom is not legal, medical, tax, financial, immigration, or professional advice. AI can be wrong, stale, incomplete, or overconfident.

For exact deadlines, prices, policies, medical details, travel eligibility, legal/tax issues, platform rules, or meaningful spending, verify controlling sources before acting.
